JeepWorld.com wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it or exchange it within 30 days of the billing date.

Return Policy:

Please call us at 1-800-243-3762 or email returns@jeepworld.com to obtain a return authorization number before returning an item.  No returns or exchanges will be accepted without a return authorization number. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.  The r.  Customer assumes shipping expenses on returns and exchanges unless otherwise stated.

JeepWorld.com will only accept returned items that:

  1. Are in original packaging (unless defective)
  2. Have all instructions and paperwork that were in the box when sent to you
  3. Include all original parts and hardware
  4. Are not damaged (this includes marks from installation)
  5. Are in re-sellable condition.  If original packaging has been ripped open or has been otherwise defaced in any manner, you will not receive credit.

JeepWorld.com reserves the right to judge whether or not an item is in resellable condition as well as the right to deny return/credit based on said condition.

JeepWorld.com is not responsible for shipping costs involved with sending defective strollers or parts returned to Kolcraft.

NO RETURNS ON ELECTRICAL PARTS

All parts and accessories listed on JeepWorld.com are made for United States Spec vehicles only.  If there is any question at all as to where your vehicle was made, please contact us before ordering to insure it will work with your vehicle.

Tire Cover Returns: As stated in the instructions and on the website, "To protect tire and tire cover, it is recommended that the spare tire be clean and dry before installing cover." Failure to follow these instructions will negate the re-sellable condition of your tire cover and thus not allow for your return/credit under the JeepWorld.com Return Policy. JeepWorld.com will not accept tire covers for return/credit that have been soiled by being placed on a dirty tire.


Shipping Refunds/Damaged Goods:

If your package was damaged by UPS you must call UPS at 1800 PICK UPS or JeepWorld.com at 1 800 243 3762. Immediate notification ensures compensation. Tracking number is required. The tracking number is on the UPS label on the box.

JeepWorld.com is not responsible for compensation of damaged items when UPS or JeepWorld.com are not notified within 24 hours of drop off and the original packaging is not available for UPS inspection.  DO NOT send the package to us without having a UPS employee inspect the damaged item.  JeepWorld.com is not responsible for compensation of items damaged by UPS if they have been sent back without UPS inspection and claim issue.

Shipping will only be refunded only in those instances where the return is a result of our error. Orders sent Internationally, to Hawaii, or Alaska, will not be credited for shipping unless authorized by our customer service staff. Customs charges/import duty tax incurred by your country, will be paid by the consumer. In the instance the tax was refused: Shipping will not be credited and the restocking fee applies.

Returns that do not meet the terms and conditions above, and are returned to JeepWorld.com without prior notice, will become property of JeepWorld.com.


Our Exchange Policy:

You may exchange an item if:
- you suspect that there is a manufacturer's defect in your item
- you would like credit towards a different item
- you have notified Jeepworld.com within 30 days of billing.

Please contact us and let us know.  Our customer service staff is fast and efficient.  They can help you get what you need FAST! 

All items being exchanged must be returned before the new item is shipped.  If you would like the new Item shipped before the old item is received, our staff can charge your credit card account for the value of the item.  When the old item is returned you will be credited for the full value of the item being exchanged.
